Welcome to my page. I am dedicated to guiding individuals on a transformative journey toward holistic well-being through Exercise, Mindfulness, Psychedelics, and Philosophical Inquiry.

As a Fitness Instructor, Integrative Therapist, and Psychedelic Integration Consultant, I offer a unique blend of practices to support your journey. From functional fitness and martial arts to Yoga, Qigong, and dance-inspired techniques, I help you discover the power of movement for physical and mental wellness. My approach goes beyond exercise aesthetics, focusing on relieving symptoms of addiction, depression, and anxiety through personalized integrative therapies.

With over 25 years of personal experience, I am a master fitness trainer specializing in functional fitness, club bells, Wim Hof, Hatha yoga, and more. As a certified substance abuse counselor (CASAC), I draw from trauma-based practices and training from experts like Judy Crane, James Gordon, and Gabor Mate to provide comprehensive support for recovery.

My work extends globally, from developing programs for drug rehabs to training professionals in Mind-Body Medicine in regions like Haiti and Gaza. I bring a trauma-informed approach to my work, informed by frontline experiences in substance abuse counseling and forensic interviewing.

As a psychedelic consultant, I guide individuals through the transformative potential of psychedelics, providing integration support to ensure a meaningful and safe experience. Whether you're seeking fitness guidance, therapy, or psychedelic integration, I am here to support your journey toward self-discovery and well-being.

JJ is a sensitive, spiritual seeker. Who has a unique understanding of the mind, the body and the spirit. He's been able to integrate many forms of therapy. A man of the world.

Since I was diagnosed with Parkinsons disease , I have been lucky to have JJ in my corner . He has been extremely helpful and insightful on how to approach my needs .Teaching me diverse exercises  and catching me on a holistic routine which includes meditation ,stretching and loosening joints and muscles . In my own home he has taught me a routine that is helpful and enjoyable. Since I am not someone who enjoys working out ....he has given me a great gift and I will always appreciate his assistance.

JJ is very creative, I don't think we've ever done the same thing twice. He's the first person who's been able to keep me on track. I've trained with him for 3 years now, I've lost weight and kept it off. He's very knowledgeable and intuitive about the body. He's been a big part of changing my lifestyle as well.

- Dr. Josh Lipsman, M.D.

I've known and trained J for over 5 years and he still manages to surprise me with new and interesting ways to meditate and exercise. He's always learning so I'm always learning. He's helped me through 3 very difficult heart surgeries, has helped fix my back and shoulder and changed my diet. He also happens to have a heart of gold.

- Dr. Greggory Carol, D.O.

A friend of mine referred me to JJ when I was in a slump and wanted to try something new to improve my health and overall well being. I did some research on him and found out he's the real deal, an amazing health coach who is a knowledgeable professional who listens and really cares about his clients.

- Jessica Blatchly, marketing director

Intelligent Training: I found JJ's philosophy to be "use the body to train the mind and the mind to train the body." He incorporates techniques that improved my balance and flexibility and, my concentration as well. Instead of feeling tired afterwards I always feel rested and full of energy after our workouts. Whatever your health and fitness needs, I highly recommend training with him.

- Kai Fetzer, personal trainer and jujitsu teacher

A Transcendental Workout: The workouts are well balanced and demanding with attention to maintaining Zen like concentration. I've walked into sessions with him feeling drained and exhausted and left feeling clear and focused.
